Mini-crashes in late afternoon / early evening?

I take no chances. I rest in bed 4-6 times a day for 15-30 minute whether I need it or not. My symptoms are pretty stable day to day without proper crashes. There are no days when I can’t leave the bed, although it’s always a battle. I’m assuming those rests are what keeps me steady, although I’m unwilling to put it to the test by messing with the routine.
