The conference will bring together 250 researchers and healthcare professionals from various disciplines to develop an international research agenda for this debilitating disease, for which there is no known cause or effective treatment.

It seems that on day 2 there is a whole program for patients (pp.13-15). Couldn't find any infos on fees, though. Maybe it's for free?

There is a 50$ CAD fee for on-site presence and 30$ CAD for online presence. Free if you’re a member of the local ME organization (AQEM).
