    So this is a story about a climber who was misdiagnosed with ME/CFS. What am I missing here?

    I read it as being about a bloke with ME who now manages to do very slightly more stuff than at his worst, because of pacing, who previously submitted himself to some very dubious surgery which thankfully didn’t do too much harm.

    Not surprising that we all have different takes on a random presumed pwME described by an average journo, but it’s always interesting to see different mainstream commentary on ME.
