I stopped taking fish oils a couple of years ago when I got very sick. I felt at the time they were not as beneficial as I thought (for me).

I think d ribose was a problem as well even though it helped with lessening pain in the hands within a hour of taking (which was astonishing to me) and gave me extra energy, but I felt it had negative effects in other pathways and sped up other ill health in me. I stopped taking it because of this.
