    Epsom salts pulls all the liquid from your body and excretes it so it gets rid of the milk fluid. It worked :) Families used to have tins of epsom salts in the cupboard when I was small but we were posh and had Andrew's liver salts. My cousin and I loved it and would sneak into my gran's larder to drink it because it was fizzy - lemonade was for the New Year! Kept us regular ....
