What are some things you can eat?

Like could you have protein powder? It can be made from milk, soy, peas, brown rice, all sorts of things. The catch is you have to have something to mix it with that would taste okay. Shelf-stable milk? Shelf-stable coconut or soy milk? Some of these powders will bother people who are sensitive to excitotoxins. My sister and I have found a few that are okay for us.

Are you avoiding flour, too? Or would it help to have a hearty bread? Popovers perhaps? Banana bread? Scones?

You don't need to actually answer my questions. I wrote them as questions because I know they might not work out. :) Guessing what someone else might be able to eat is always a trick.

Some types of cheese can be left out for a while, too, if you can eat that.
