Do you use a hidden disabilities sunflower lanyard?

I don't use it myself. I object on the grounds that I shouldn't need to publicly label myself as vulnerable to obtain courtesies and assistances I'm already legally entitled to, any more than a mentally ill relative should need to wear a hat saying "Nutter".

But that's an individual political decision, and of course I wouldn't argue against other people using it.

I have one; I don't use it much because I can only leave the house with a helper. I have worn it on a couple of visits to hospital (no one commented on it). I can imagine it might be useful in certain emergency situations if I wasn't able to speak.

One of those things I'd rather have and not need than need and not have!
