That tweet from Marks to Sharpe has made my day!
And Sharpe can't even reply 'have you read the PACE trial papers' since Marks is the editor of the JHP special issue on PACE. Question is, will Sharpe dare to block Marks?

Interesting he calls it the DBT. I have previously called it the DBM, dysfunctional belief model. This issue of integrated confirmation biases is a big part of how I understand what is going on.

A seriously over-developed sense of entitlement is what they have in truck loads, and is core to the whole problem.
