    why carry on calling it fss if they have actually found the route cause of symptoms . are they to lazy to change diagnosis .

    I have only skimmed the article but I think they actually use the terms FSS* and MUS in the way they should be used, neutrally, as in "here is something we can't yet explain with the tests we've used to date - so let's look a bit closer with some new tests to see if there isn't something after all".

    * I mistyped this first as FFS :rofl:
