Cancer Killing Nanobots

So which is it?
Is the cancer killing the nanobots, as the thread title suggests, or is it the nanobots killing the cancer, as the picture suggests?
(video is too annoying to watch more than, apparently, 32 seconds of it - in that 32 seconds a book has been plugged, amazon has been plugged, and I've seen at least one movie clip, with nothing at all about the subject - it being called cold fusion is not 'helpful'. Patience is apparently not a strong point ATM
