Do you think there are other studies of acupuncture for ME/CFS that were not included in this review?
I would not be surprised, given that they searched for myalgic encephalopathy, not myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME/CFS.

I would not be surprised, given that they searched for myalgic encephalopathy, not myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME/CFS.
I've written a response to the suggestion that acupuncture is an appropriate treatment for ME/CFS and that it should be included in clinical guidance. The suggestion was supported by a reference to this review, so the response focuses on the problems with this review.
