I could just repeat my last post, but it seems many don't want to realize that people can commit crimes even though they act professionally in other areas.

Its quite likely a court would rule for the doctors, you typically need an explanation to get something resolved the right way. MS was not declared non psychosomatic until there was a test that could...
This would be almost impossible to win, the "experts" claim success, patients usually don't complain and the experts are acting in "good faith". There is "no harm" committed here...

Sounds like this is a pain killer and not a disease modifying drug. Not that that is a bad thing but it does not get us any closer to understanding the disease mechanism.
This goes without saying.
The next steps are akin to there will be either a meeting or a legal challenge. If it goes to court then there will be determination of guilt or innocence. If instead they work out a deal with the DA then that will be binding.
If there is an informal meeting instead...
Exactly why i called his attorney a fool. You don't make things worse, you try to contain the damage your client has done and make proper amends if possible :emoji_face_palm:
