Indeed. They also need to recognise that resting is a different thing than 'relaxing'. It asks if you'd find it helpful to record time you spend relaxing but not asleep "eg watching tv". This makes me think it's written by healthy people with little to no understanding of the realities of life...

Precisely. Sounds like a kind of baiting, trolling etc. My take on that is not to engage, not to give them the attention they so obviously crave. It's like when perpetrators bait their victims in court trying to get a reaction out of them that they can use to illustrate the victim is 'unstable'...

I'd like to do that. Can you recommend one? One that's as basic as possible. It'll likely not manage it due to cognitive challenges, but i'd like to understand a bit more of this so i'd like to try.
