"On clinical experience over many years, the only way to judge improvement in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as there is no test for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, is my clinical assessment." Is that right?

    Pain & CBD (Cannabidiol)?

I'm not sure - some days I feel pretty good, and the leg ache is often completely absent, but don't feel great today. I've settled on 2 drops in the morning and 2 in the evening. Am carrying on for now.

Post-Exertional Malaise Is Associated with Hypermetabolism, Hypoacetylation and Purine Metabolism Deregulation in ME/CFS Cases, 2019, McGregor et al

When I need more desmopressin and am urinating a lot, it is almost colourless - almost pure water by the look of it (although it may contain some solutes, such as sodium).

Post-Exertional Malaise Is Associated with Hypermetabolism, Hypoacetylation and Purine Metabolism Deregulation in ME/CFS Cases, 2019, McGregor et al

I used to have extreme urination - looking back I think I was always prone to it for as long as I remember, and it landed me in hospital once with severely low blood sodium. I now take desmopressin - have done for many years - and it makes a huge difference. I have really had to fight for it...

An awful lot of erroneous repetition of 'CSF' instead of CFS too.

    Pain & CBD (Cannabidiol)?

Found them - they're at https://biobloom.at/en/shop/ From a quick look they don't seem cheaper than Healthspan, especially when you add the postage (and the lack of peppermint flavouring?), but my brain isn't working that well at present.

The Healthspan one is flavoured with peppermint, and not unpleasant at all.

    Pain & CBD (Cannabidiol)?

I can't report on pain, as I don't have any/much, but the CBD oil I've had so far doesn't always get me to sleep or help me sleep through the night. I'm having about 2 drops each morning (and no more later), but may try more in time. You're supposed to be able to have up to up to 8 drops up to...

    Poll: Gastrointestinal symptoms

I've assumed that I do fit in here, although my symptoms are overwhelmingly in the lower gut (below the waist) and I get very little pain.
