Ideas For Marketing ME More Effectively...

So, raising awareness and educating the public and the politicians is one big step. Could take a while, though. Until then, most part of funding will go to research of other diseases. Can we hijack that? Become the inevitable control group of every research of diseases with related symptoms...

Does stress increase risk of breast cancer? A 15‐year prospective study

@Amw66, as much as that might be true, how many of your friends/collegues etc. have had phases of prolonged stress and did not develop cancer or any other disease? It may be more of a coincidence than a cause. I am very happy with this study, as cancer patients too have to struggle with BPS...

Angiotensin II type 1 receptor autoantibodies in POTS (2018) Yu et al

To stay with that example, I'd say that the autoantibodies are not doing the same thing. They are both slowing down the car but by two different pathways. (Not a recommendation) Bath University, Volunteer for research investigating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Well, maybe I should become part of that trial. Went grocery shopping today, first time this year! It felt so great doing something that normal! And a bit contributing, since lately shopping became another task on my boyfriend's list... So listen, BPS crowd, carrying a shopping bag feels great...

    I've gone nocturnal again :(

Yes, and it seems that synthetis, uptake or metabolism can go awry at any of these steps... I've tried tryptophan, 5-HTP and Melatonin so far. None worked *, although my serum tryptophan is low... * Melatonin seemed to work initially but the effect faded... (edited for clarity)

    I've gone nocturnal again :(

Sorry, can't find the link at the moment. It was a study about the effect of light therapy. That is interesting. According to your link, melatonin here has been used - "low dose" ('Melatonin did not cause drowsiness, because the doses used were lower than what is usually taken at bedtime.')...
