So, we keep being advised to wash our hands frequently with "soap", but what exactly is considered "soap" when it comes to being able to kill Covid-19?

- body wash?
- bubble bath?
- various facial cleansing products of different types?

My guess, from reading the odd supermarket website and gov.uk, is that it's primarily only the people who are deemed extremely vulnerable, not just vulnerable, who are getting the main support. As the "extremely vulnerable" ones include the ones with the respiratory conditions, people...

Hmm, yes. Of course, Great Britain is an island too, as is the island of Ireland. Logically, it ought to be possible to do it here too, albeit rather more complicated owing to the much larger population.
The GP in the family said that wearing a mask prevents other people from getting infected by her, but does virtually nothing to protect her against contamination from them.
@Wonko, I can't currently find the place where you mentioned having to top up your key for the electric meter, or whatever it is nowadays, but there was a mention in my newspaper today that if you're on a prepayment meter you can nominate another person to do the top-ups for you.
That's about what I've been having to do. It's wearing, and I'm not ill :( Would local churches, voluntary groups etc. be any use? I've found the smaller convenience shops have tended to be better bets, but it sounds as though you've tried them unsuccessfully already.
