I don't think the doubling action can be done outside of FB as it is a Facebook own action (together with the Gates Foundation). The OMF tripling action I think you can just do through their website (on Tuesdays): https://www.omf.ngo/giving-tuesday-17/.

Looks like Facebook and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are doubling any donations you do through Facebook donations on Giving Tuesday (28 Nov.) I am not sure how this works in practice - can we donate to any ME charity/cause, or do the charities have to register their cause through Facebook...
