How do we get the CBm (Cognitive Behavioral myth) of ME off the table?
This seems the biggest problem in the UK atm.
It is at the centre of:
NIHR spending
All medical education, for doctors, therapists/nurses etc
Media trivialisation of the disease
ME being categorised as a mental health...
Where are the actometers or other objective measures of activity?
ETA: oh, they did include one measurable activity: 5 sit to stand manoeuvres, started from a seated position in a chair!

I think one year Stephen Holgate was trying to arrange it in Southampton, but there was a problem.

My only comment on initial read thro was that PEM is often stated as starting within 12 - 48 hours, rather than 24. My daughter can feel dreadful in the morning after an active few hours the afternoon/evening before. Only a minor point and may not be representative...
