    Phase one determines whether a drug is safe to check for efficacy. 70% of drugs pass this step where only 25-30% pass a phase three. So phase one was a success in that they didn't kill anybody!

    I just finished up doing this study a few days ago and am still crashed and have been in bed most of the last few days. It will be all worth it if this helps get us closer to understanding and a cure. The staff at Stanford is very helpful and friendly in making it the least intrusive as possible.

    Yes, they seem genuine. If there data is good they then have to climb that mountain of trying to raise the millions it takes to bring a new drug to market. Even if they raise the money we won't see this drug for years. Were better off if we can find an existing drug and re-purpose it.

    It's possible that exosome cargoes will be found to be biomarkers for ME/CFS, but we don't know the answer about that yet. I've attached a paper that showed differences between RNA content of vesicles in healthy people vs. Alzheimer's patients, to show the potential usefulness.
