    Increasing good fats in my diet was an improvement to my health. I eat a good amount of coconut oil too.

    Not really, but I do experience more viral re-activations. I have a friend with lower numbers than mine but never feels 'viral', she has a lot of allergies.

    Hi butter, we have a few threads on this subject. It seems some pwME CD8 counts are high, while others are low. It varies. Mine are below normal range.

    @Kitty Ugh, they never tell us how addictive this can become. I was also prescribed Ativan at onset for a short term for nausea from the extreme vertigo I was experiencing. I don't have anything comparable to Whitney's illness.

    Critical patients with COVID 19 exhibit a marked reduction of CD3 CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes as well as an increase in IL-6 and IL-8. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-020-2355-0_reference.pdf So have I and a virologist wasn't too concerned about it. My ratios were increased.
