    When even medics complain about how this has gone, you know that there is a culture problem. If there were a verb "to deholisticise", that's what has happened to GP consulting style on average.

    Given that I've now highlighted my concerns here on the thread, I'm more relaxed re CS. Again, to be clear, I don't see pack behaviour here. It's a coincidence of continuum, which I think is understood, from @Invisible Woman and @Trish's replies. I don't doubt intentions or motives.
