UK "Lymphocyte panel" blood testing (private clinics or NHS)

Hi all,

does anyone know of anywhere in or close to London, where it's possible to get the following blood tests done:

(possibly known as a Lymphocyte Subset panel / test, or something similar)

My medical knowledge is minimal so hopefully I haven't garbled this list below:
Lymphocyte T (or CD3, CD4, CD8)

Lymphocyte B (or CD19)

NK

Alternatively, is likely my GP could refer me for these tests on the NHS if I asked?

For example I have found this - but it doesn't seem to include NK cell counts.

CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD19 are pretty standard for hospital path labs but would only be requested if there is a specific reason - suspicion of lymphoma, rituximab treatment, HIV etc.

NK cells are heterogeneous and I am not aware of them being routinely tested for, although I suspect that they would be looked for with something like CD56 together with other markers.

I don't see any great value in doing these tests because counts vary hugely between individuals. Unless there is some specific indication of a problem as mentioned above. Even for studies of statistics on ME/CFS populations nothing consistent has been found outside normal.

I had mine done in Canada and they were well below the reference range, except for NK cells which were normal. The virologist was a little concerned about my CD8 count and had PCR DNA/RNA testing done to r/o viruses and found none.
