Home-based transcranial direct current stimulation RCT in major depression | medRxiv wondered what people's assessment of this trial was in tDCS for depression? - ie is it reliable, does it work?
From my lay perspective this looks dubious. Of course depression is a terrible thing, so happy to be corrected in my assumptions.
yes looking at the device itself i almost dismissed it. But this appears to be a double blind placebo controlled trial so I wanted to get somebody more knowledgeable than myself to look at it & explain why its not reliable
