Abstract
Long COVID (LC) syndrome which persist after of acute COVID-19 Neuropsychiatric disorders, fatigue and respiratory symptoms are the main symptoms This study investigates biomarkers associated with Long COVID (LC), focusing on neuropsychiatric disorders, fatigue, and respiratory symptoms.

Serum levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1, GSDMD, and fibronectin were measured via ELISA and compared to a control group, showing significant correlations (p < 0.001) with neuropsychiatric scales (HAMA, HAMD, FF).

LC patients exhibited moderate insulin resistance (HOMA2IR), significantly correlating with NLRP3, Caspase-1, and GSDMD levels (p < 0.001). Multivariate GLM analysis revealed a significant effect of diagnosis (p < 0.001, Partial η² = 0.807), while age, BMI, and smoking showed no significant effects (all p > 0.05).

Fibronectin demonstrated significant correlations with NLRP3 and Caspase-1, exhibiting the highest sensitivity (71.8) and specificity (71.8) among the biomarkers for diagnosing Long COVID.
