Intolerance DXM, Tramadol, ISRS...

Hello, I had a terrible reaction last night to my first dose of DXM (7.5 mg): panic, pulse rate that went up to 178 for a few minutes, fatigue, and a feeling of impending death... The next day, I'm still nauseous and very unwell (I've been severely bedridden since March, and have been sick for 3 years). Before my MECFS, I had a 3-year addiction to tramadol, which made me feel unwell, then I would wean myself off it and start again... I'm also intolerant to SSRIs. My MECFS actually started after taking tramadol after a run. I had a panic attack, then several more in the following weeks, but I was intolerant to running, so I forced myself to MECFS (or it was there before). What mechanism do you think is in my brain that panic (serotonin reuptake drug intolerance) may have led me to MECFS ?
