Human washing machine

I think there must be a huge market for people who are too disabled to wash themselves but I'm not sure this is the thing! I'd be scared of being locked in that pod forever, for starters, and I don't know how it's supposed to wash the bits of you that are in contact with the chair. Plus, I can't see these fitting in a standard bathroom.

Still, for privacy and dignity I'd much prefer a machine washing me than another person!

Yeah having a manual non electrically depedent door opening override would be a big thing.

But in any case, it would be far better for v severe me/cfs to have a predictable machine do it at ones own will than a human, atleast pem wise.

(As long as the machine is horizontal and not super loud or bright).

Does it dry you?
That's a good question, because that's an exhausting part of the process for a PwME.

It would be interesting to see what an engineer could come up with if the idea was not to provide a luxury experience with video and music and whatnot but the provision of a whole-body washing/drying machine for the disabled.

Wow! That’s a lot fancier than the squeezey bottle with a nozzle I have! I’d settle for the bidet shower attachment I used to have living in countries where those sort of things are the norm.
