To nobody's surprise, this is apparently taking place at Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark, and is organised by Per Fink.

The full program is attached, and available at https://conferences.au.dk/fileadmin/conferences/Health/2024/fds2024/Program_HOA_new.pdf, but features such delights as

10:30-10:45 Epidemiology of Functional Somatic Disorders – DanFunD – The Framingham study of FSD

11:00-11.15 Psychiatric disorder as a risk factor for the functional somatic syndromes Em. Professor of Psychological Medicine Francis Creed University of Manchester, UK

11:30-12:00 Epidemiology of FSD in the Netherlands: the Lifelines Study Prof. Dr. Judith Rosmalen, Dept. of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, University Medical Center Groningen, Holland

14:20-14:50 Minor Head Injury and Functional Neurological Disorders Professor Jon Stone, Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Prof. of Neurology, University of Edinburgh, Scotland

17:00-17:30 Placebo Research in Functional Disorders Prof. Dr. Winfried Rief, Klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie, Leiter der Psychotherapie-Ambulanz, Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany

17:30-18:00 The Neurobiology - Experimental Models of Functional Somatic Disorders Emeritus Professor Omer Van den Bergh, Faculty of Psychology and Health Psychology, KU Leuven University Hospital, Belgium

Interestingly, while Aarhus Uni has a website for conferences held there, this event (at time of posting) isn't listed, https://conferences.au.dk/

From Humpty to Dumpty. That's the range these people play with. There is as much significant variation than in homeopathic concoctions.

It's actually one of the wildest things that they all seem to pretend like their dozens of identical definitions of the same thing are somehow different in any significant way. They're so used to bullshitting that they can't even see it anymore.
