Emerge Australia Health Share fact sheet for GPs - anyone have access to it?

I just read the following in the recent EMERGE Australia newsletter:

We are thrilled to be working in partnership with the Gourlay Charitable Trust who have contributed significantly to the development of our Health Share fact sheet for GPs and our information service

I would be very interested in seeing a copy to see if you use it in Ireland.

Not sure if it's the right one, but there is a CFS factsheet accessible on the HealthShare portal here:

Just type 'cfs' into the search bar. The factsheet has an Emerge banner at the top and mentions the Gourlay Charitable Trust.

I don’t know anything much about this, but the fact sheet on the HealthShare website is Emerge Australia’s existing one, which is a few years old now and is in the process of being revamped. So I’m guessing that the newsletter was acknowledging the past contributions of Gourlay Charitable Trust?
