Not really. There are thousands of uncommon conditions. By and large it is much more useful to assess clinically before doing tests to see what other possibilities need considering. The basic list of tests that are worth doing in all cases are pretty much covered by MEA advice and by NICE, although I notice that ANA is not in the NICE list.

It's not comprehensive, but Stanford Medicine has a list of 35 or so common diseases to rule out.

I'm a little late to the party but i have not had a bunch of these ruled out, though i would be surprised if i had some of them. I wonder if its worth pestering my doc to test for some of them.
