brain tomography result

atrophy and seconder enlargement of supratentorial ventricular system and sulkus means anything to anyone? I'm probably translating this wrong.

As Wonko says, something has shrunk or atrophied, and the spaces (ventricles) have got larger as a result. Normally this would mean that it s the cerebral cortex that has got smaller. That occurs with time for all of us so the question is whether it is more than expected.
