I want to find out if I am missing L. Sakei as there is speculation that people who are missing this microbe in their sinuses have a higher tendency to get chronic sinusitis and infections.
While I don't like the idea of having to use this product because it isn't 100% l sakei, I'm desperate for something that will help with my sinus issues. If pure l sakei was available in Canada, of course I'd purchase that instead. As it isn't used long term I'm willing to take the risk. I've...
They have shipped it! I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high as nothing has worked so far over the past 26 years. But I'm excited to have something new to try. :emoji_fingers_crossed:
Yeah! I found a company in Canada that sells this. I've placed an order, but now I have to wait and see if they will ship to western Canada. Fingers crossed!!!! :nailbiting:
Thanks, Danny. Unfortunately it doesn't ship to Canada. Anything that needs cold storage they won't ship because of having to go through customs. It can sit in customs for several days and won't be any good by the time the shipment is received. :(
An MRI can catch things that you would never otherwise know about because they aren't causing any problems or symptoms. I know someone who had an MRI for their carotid artery and they found a brain tumour. It is very tiny and will probably never grow or ever be a problem, but it is there all the...
They can't. No one knows why my sinuses swell up and I get hit with malaise for months at a time. I saw a GP at a walk-in clinic two years ago who thinks that my problem is probably allergy related. Not one single ENT out of the six ever suggested allergies. I do have allergies, however, after...
I have had sinus issues for the past 27 years now. They started not too long after I came down with ME. For the past four years I have had a yearly episode of Chronic Sinusitus which usually lasts for three or four months. The headache might dull down a bit, but it never goes away. I have had...
How old are your kids? If they are young, I wouldn't cater to them. Buy the foods you think they should be eating and leave the 'junk' for special occasions. And if they are older, if they want the junk then let them buy it. But I certainly wouldn't provide it for them.
Chronic fatigue, or as I call it, extreme exhaustion, is the major symptom that I have with ME. Next would be PEM. I've never heard anyone claim before that chronic fatigue isn't a typical symptom of our illness.
I had a GP years ago who was sending me to a specialist and she advised me not to mention ME/CFS if I wanted to be taken seriously. She never knew about the neurologist incidence as it was my dentist who had sent me for that appointment.
