My ME didn't start until I was put on a "skookum" dose of penicillin for a tooth infection. Three days later the ME hit in a split second and I've never been the same since. I've always believed that my ME was due to a screwed up gut biome.
It's easy to say that if you were lucky enough not to have any adverse reaction(s) to the covid vaccines. I haven't been able to work for the past 16 months thanks to the vaccines. I'm tired of people denying that the vaccines are responsible. I've had adverse reactions with all three shots and...
How do you know, though, that the 'small' tweak as you call it, can't become something much larger and deadlier than intended? It might not have been the intended result, but when you play around with nature, you don't ever know for sure what the end result might end up being - good or bad.
I'm sorry to hear about your fall and broken hip. The only advice I can offer is make sure to move around as much as you are able under the circumstances. My mom didn't do that after her hip replacement and she ended up getting a blood clot and had to spend another two weeks in hospital. Wishing...
Sorry to hear your news, @SunnyK. I've had to be put under three times over the past 23 years and I've never had any problems with the anesthesia with the exception of feeling nauseous afterwards. Sending healing prayers your way for a speedy recovery and good news on the biopsy report.
Sometimes a surgeon doesn't have the answers to some of these questions until they get in there and start the surgery. And possibly it is better that patients don't have all the details until they need them. Too much information isn't always a good thing.
Why is a questionnaire even necessary? I've had ME for 32 years now and in all the years that I've seen different doctors here in British Columbia, Canada, I've never once been asked to fill in a questionnaire.
Personally I think these types of questionnaires are meaningless. Limiting questions to "the last 4 weeks" for someone who has had ME (or whatever health condition) for years or decades doesn't provide accurate information. They are a waste of time and don't give accurate meaningful information...
That's nuts! If this was any other vaccine they would have pulled them from the market long ago because of the serious adverse reactions. According to John Campbell, when they reanalyzed the mRNA trials results from both Moderna and Pfizer, 1 in 800 people had serious adverse reactions.
From the sounds of it, there are a lot of problems with the vaccines that the pharmaceutical companies did not report. For example AstraZeneca knew from the trials that people were getting serious neurological problems, heart problems, and that some people were later being diagnosed with...
Hopefully the flu vaccine won't affect you. I had my flu shot 13 days ago and within four hours the reactions started. That's a first for me as I've never had a reaction to the flu shot before. Even with the covid vaccines I usually didn't notice anything until at least a week later. This time...
