    I think it was Dr Bell who originally stated back in the 1990s that if someone didn't recover in the first five years then chances were that they wouldn't.

    In Canada they are finding that food allergies/intolerances have increased significantly over the past 10 years in people 50 and older. In the past it was rare for adults to suddenly develop food allergies and they don't know why this is happening now.

    I've used Sensodyne ProNamel for years. I used to have sensitive teeth but haven't been bothered by it since a couple of months after starting this toothpaste at the recommendation of my dentist.

    My niece was diagnosed with that a few years ago. She had just had her yearly eye exam and everything was good and then two weeks later she suddenly developed blurry vision.

    My first thought was microbiome. The antibiotics don't just kill off the bad bacteria, but also the good bacteria that our bodies need. I believe that most of my health problems are due to the overuse of antibiotics over the years and a very compromised gut microbiome.

    If our red blood cells are distorted shapes and no longer round, wouldn't this show up on routine blood testing and get flagged at the time? I've never had a blood test over the past 28 years that suggested there was a problem with the shape of my red blood cells.
