    In my view although this is long if you do the whole thing it is better notably it actually asks about how many days in the last 30 days did your illness prevent/affect you doing basic activities.

    In circumstances when you have little choice about undergoing CBT there’s definitely one positive about the concept of short CBT. On IAPT I was given the opportunity of finishing after 6 sessions rather than 8 - which wasn’t something I hesitated over :whistle:

    More machine-ifying of the sausage machine In my experience of low intensity CBT with IAPT the young woman was already pretty much robotically sticking to a script for our 30 min sessions. It would be more honest to have it delivered by AI.
