Cringeworthy watching.
I keep saying that Australia, be it the government, healthcare, media, or the patients themselves, NEED TO STOP SAYING CHRONIC FATIGUE! Call it by its gross name, CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME. And no, no one understands that it is actually CFS and that is just what that...
I'll jump in. No, I didn't read every post so sorry if I am reapeating what was already posted.
I could have sworn Solve ME/CFS Initiative had said they analyzed the Chia samples and found no enteroviruses. I just googled now and can't find the information but I really thought they did check...
Generic legal battle
I don't think Pregabalin can even be marketed to insurance companies and pharmacies until 2019, so my insurance probably won't cover it until 2020. Then, it probably won't be a preferred generic making it more expensive than most generics.
It is good.
I hope the media reports on this.
Edit: I just saw the Medscape post by someone else. That's pretty important as I know healthcare practitioners do use it.
Also, athletes get "overtraining syndrome".
The Tired Athlete: Understanding Fatigue and Recovery
"After 2 to 4 weeks of increasing your CTL by such excessive amounts you are likely to be toast. You’ll be in the early stages of the overtraining syndrome. That will be marked by symptoms like...
So, my doctor said he would read up on the research, but would rather wait until the research is finished before making a decision. So, I can't get it yet.

David Tuller called them out on that in his Trial By Error installment. It was posted here, somewhere. He does hold BMJ responsible, from what I remember reading, as they have had other papers on LP and SMILE printed in their journals. If I remember all that correctly.
EDIT: Oh, you ARE David...
E. coli sickens hundreds on zip line tours in popular resort town
My friends's son and his new wife went on their honeymoon and took the zip line tour in Gatlinburg, TN. He was sick for days and she is still sick.
I wonder if anyone will go into ME/CFS?
Yes, I think you are right. Although, I am "tickled pink" over the changes as I have had to deal with horrific managment of my disease for 40 years (and Fibro for 45) and I find this to be very helpful.
Also, I encourage everyone in the US to e-mail the CDC website information to their state's...
