I did a grip strength test early into my disease, when i had a functional assessement done. While i do not remember the numbers associated with my grip strength, i still remember the deep brain pain it gave me after every attempts to grip as hard as i could.

Not nevessarily, as long as you can make the appointments, in this case I believe they are 2different appointments, which might mean 2 different trips. (And they do not usually cover travel expenses)
Awww, I would have loved to cycle from Alaska to Terra del Fuego. ;) These days my only prospect of cycling would be in the form of a 2 days CPET for research, but i would need to seriously think about it.

For me it’s quite simple.
I need 2.5 tablets of 7.5 mg per tablet to sleep each night. It’s been like that for a few years now. Going back down to 2 tablets means that my sleep is not as long and not as effective. Thankfully my GP prescribe this for me.
