    Any experiences with chronic sinusitis?

When I used the nasal spray (Flonase) on a regular basis I got the absolute headache from hell. It made my sinus headache a walk in the park.

    Any experiences with chronic sinusitis?

Unfortunately, I have lived with Chronic Sinusitis for the past 26 years. Ninety percent of sinusitis is not bacterial and antibiotics won't work. The best way to determine if you need antibiotics is by your sleep. If you are sleeping around the clock and just can't stay awake during the day...

PEM doesn't affect the numbers of hours I sleep, however, I do find that when my PEM is at its worst, it takes me much longer to fall asleep at night.

How many hours of sleep a night do you need? - Now with Poll

If I sleep for 10 or more hours I feel awful for the rest of the day. Usually the only time I sleep that long is when I'm sick with something like chronic sinusitis or a cold.

CBC Canada - Fibromyalgia/CFS patients fighting for awareness of career-ending illness

Sorry, Mij, I misunderstood you. I thought you were implying that GPs in Canada shouldn't be diagnosing ME. Epidemic isn't the right word to describe ME, however, I think he got his point across that there are lot of us living here in Canada who suffer with this illness. I don't think he was...

    Do you have throat problems?

I'll add the Vitamin C to my list of things to try. I've read several times that what some doctors diagnose as acid reflux is actually not enough stomach acid for the stomach to do it's thing.

    Do you have throat problems?

I have suffered with Chronic Sinusitis for many years and I'm wondering now if possibly I have LPR which is causing my symptoms. Several people over the past year have asked me about having acid reflux and I didn't think that I had it because I never get heartburn. However, since researching the...

Nasobiotex L. Sakei Probiotic Powder for sinus microbiome - anyone tried it?

I've never thought about this before. My first thought is that wouldn't the stomach acid kill the sinus bacteria?

    Incidental news correction about ME/CFS

It always amazes me how often the British media seem to cover ME/CFS, whereas here in Canada, we might see a story once every five years.
