    Graded exposure therapy isn’t that a Freudian slip just letting out that they really do think it’s some kind of mental block like fear of flying or spiders that can be treated by gradual exposure.

    I find Epsom salt baths relaxing on muscles no negative effects. I haven’t managed baths for quite a few weeks tho just shower.     I used to mainly use iPad mini (8 inch) but now I have a more recent 10 inch iPad & although it’s a bit heavier I do appreciate the larger display
