NZ - Complex Chronic Illness Support - Towards Wellness course

Again the takeaway issue is the conflation of chronic fatigue ( in all its manifestations) with ME. If a clear diagnosis cannot be made, then this is what happens when everyone is lumped together.

UK - Discussion of how many patients use NHS ME/CFS clinics

Is this solely related to England ( and Wales) or is it meant to be UK based?

NICE guideline review: A list of appointees to the ME/CFS Guideline Committee has now been published

Hmm. There is usually significant missing data but little effort to explore the reasons for this. I suspect researchers understand why this may be, yet little is done to follow it up. Perhaps worth highlighting too.

David Tuller: Trial By Error: Yet Another Letter About the Lightning Process Study

Much appreciated @dave30th . This is the kind of paper which will no doubt be in the evidence for NICE ( together with FITNET and MAGENTA).

UK - Discussion of how many patients use NHS ME/CFS clinics

Blood test ranges and low blood volume

Thanks. It would be interesting to know if this has been looked at in ME , particularly given @alex3619 ' s comments re absolute counts. Does anyone know if this has been studied? I would love to think that all the feedback systems work as intended : calibration is a finicky thing.

Blood test ranges and low blood volume

Thank you @Jonathan Edwards . I had mistakenly thought that there would have been some effect ( to have same range for a reduced volume did not make sense to me - like homeopathy in reverse. ) More confused than ever.

Blood test ranges and low blood volume

This is an aside, but interesting. I am doing a part time course, so I sit in on the full time classes for the modules that I have chosen; there are a number of modules that different courses share as part of the syllabus. Monday morning is a carbon management module, and the other course...
