    If there is a factor in the serum, why is plasma exchange not working?

    Personally I tend to believe that we would have found the cause of it already if it could be found with current science/knowledge/technology. I believe one day the answers will be found in the big black boxes of medical science like „mitochondria“ and „brain“. I hope sooner than later.
