Tuller / Trial By Error: My One-Sided Correspondence with Professor Crawley

I have been advised to edit this post so as not to insult muppets.

Tuller / Trial By Error: My One-Sided Correspondence with Professor Crawley

Lovely. I hope Esther doesn't, by some tortuous misinterpretation, claim that DT could have been referring to her with that comment.

Guest Editorial: A Radical Care Pathway for ME/CFS

Just occured to me that Bandler wasn't the first psychotherapist on cocaine to found a belief system and wreak havoc on the world. What is it with these people?

Esther Crawley gets 'commendation' at 2017 Maddox Prize awards.

I wonder how the other members of the advisory council managed to keep it from him until the big day. It must have been such a lovely surprise.

No way. Really? I suppose nothing should surprise me.

I'm sorry but I am offended by that. I'm a plain-speaking chap and I think it's important to call a steaming pile of horseshit a steaming pile of horseshit. I can never read the word "NLP" without being reminded of the murder trial of one of it's founders, Richard Bandler, after a prostitute...

NYT A Failure to Heal / What happens when a clinical trial fails?

Can you explain the distinction between a post-hoc analysis as described in the article, and the hope that a sub-group will be identified for whom rituxumab is effective? Thanks.

To be honest I haven't done anything that puts me in the running yet, I just like to be prepared for all eventualities. Probably simplest if I just refuse rather than join the establishment vowing to changing things from the inside. That could go horribly wrong.

Would he really want to be associated with such a band of self-congratulatory self-serving ethically corrupt morally bankrupt malodorous imposters? I have already decided that if I am ever offered a knighthood I shall decline on principle, but I suppose each must act in such matters according...

Woman 'with ME' won world kickboxing championship

I was just thinking that it's probably for the best that @Squeezy doesn't kick-box, otherwise quite a few people might be needing stretchers :nailbiting::eek:

Effect of Oral Capsule– vs Colonoscopy-Delivered Fecal Microbiota Transplantation on Recurrent Clostridium difficile Infection

I'm afraid it's already been tried and failed with ME sufferers - we've been swallowing shit from the BPS brigade for decades and nobody's got better.

Esther Crawley talk at TEDxBristol, Thurs 2nd Bristol - "Disrupting Your View Of ME"

Those who are ill with CFS/ME most certainly do have a voice. They have been trying to make it heard for decades. Esther and Simon have been doing everything they can to make sure it is not heard, and that the voice they provide is heard instead. All they have to do is shut up and get out of the...
