ADD is slightly different from ADHD ( doesn't t have the hyperactive part, if anything less active and engaged).
A friend's daughter was recently diagnosed at 21 with ADD. Noone picked up on it. Idiosyncracies were simply out down to her personality until she could not cope at uni.
Thanks for the clarification @Simon M . I have a feeling in our case that epigenetic expression helped create the conditions for a trigger to tip things over. I could be very wrong. So not causal but a facilitator.

ACEs training in schools and CBT for autistic children....no robust evidence base for any of it.
From tweet this morning - I don't t know if any rely on support services funded by EU, or have care issues due to staff relocating, but perhaps a discussion re potential impacts may help planning/ solutions to a void further crisis?
