Joanne Hunt is AMAZING!!
Here's a piece she wrote entitled, "Biopsychosocial Model or Bio-political Ideology? Medically unexplained symptoms, welfare reform and the implications for Long-COVID".
Acknowledgements: I would like to thank Dr Simon Duffy for giving me the opportunity to publish this...
Would it include alcohol intolerance?
I literally went from being able to drink a fair amount with few adverse effects = pre ME/CFS
to going completely doolally (and very ill) after seemingly a mere thimble full of any alcoholic beverage = post ME/CFS
I came across this article by Jennie Kermode, "The Cass review: trans care or trans scare?"
https://yorkshirebylines.co.uk/politics/the-cass-review/
I was struck by how much similarity there is between the issues we've had to face as ME/CFS patients.

Surely, surely NICE should have the right to defend itself after aspersions have been cast on their integrity?
I just don't understand what is happening here.
I was wondering, has any muscle necrosis been seen in pwME in a post mortem/autopsy? I would have thought that would have been fairly easy to spot ... or am I missing something? Would an advanced technique be required to see something like this? Or did they just not know to look?
I've just realised that not everyone is on Facebook, so here's a copy of the post (from ME Centraal):
And the results are...
Today, February 15, 2024, Parliament voted on a number of motions and amendments affecting a number of ministries. Including that of VWS.
Also about the amendments...
I've just seen this post on Fcaebook. It looks like good news!
