There is a template letter of complaint to supermarkets here using the Equalities Act - I think if I were still struggling I'd be tempted to send one of these: https://dpac.uk.net/2020/04/18010/
In my area things have improved with Tesco and there are plenty of priority slots to book - I've just looked and there are some form Monday onwards for several weeks and even the occasional fixed hour slot. I haven't actually used Tesco though as it would be a struggle for me to have to...

There was a short interview with Olivia Blake MP as part of the Sheffield event where she talks about why she has become involved with the APPG on ME - personal experience - and also what the APPG are going to be focusing on. It starts about 34:40 :
I thought it was brilliant as well @Gecko - really powerful and moving for a short film. I just wished my GP would watch it!
I'm looking forward to the Sheffield virtual 'Millions Missing' event tomorrow.
Not sure if this has been posted but the House of Commons Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee have set up a survey asking for experiences obtaining food during the pandemic...
I've not heard anymore from my MP since he wrote to Govt ministers. He has posted this on his Facebook page though so he's obviously aware of some of the problems. Not sure why he's singling out Sainsbury's in particular although they do seem particularly bad in my area.
Good idea...
I'm really sorry you're struggling to get groceries @DigitalDrifter
I rang Tesco last week and managed to be flagged up as vulnerable and to get access to priority delivery slots. When I rang the woman I spoke to checked whether I was on the Govt list ( I am but there was some confusion over...
I woke early this morning so decided o try it out and rang just gone 7am when I thought the lines might be quieter. I tried the normal contact number on their website but got a recorded message again and then cut off. I then found this number 0800 917 7359 on their website - they've set up a...
It seems to be the norm now having to queue just to get onto retailers websites. I went to Sutton's seeds yesterday to try and order some rocket seeds to add a bit of greenery to my diet only to be told: 'You are in a queue'.
Having being flagged up by Sainsbury's as vulnerable I'm not sure how helpful it is though as apart from last Fri evening/Sat morning there haven't been any slots to book any way at least not in my area. The unpredictability of if/when they are going to release new slots would be stressing me...
I've had a rethink about my phone call from Sainsbury's - I think it was a result of my letter to my local store rather than the email to Mike Coupe - it fits more with what the guy said when he rang and his email to me which is just a blank email rather than a reply to my email to Mike Coupe...
I've never done a diary with my claims. I do tend to go into quite a lot of detail for each descriptor and then give examples of what has happened in the past when I have attempted to do the descriptor. I also detail a typical day in the additional information section and give a little bit of...
