Does anyone else just eat natto anyway? I've been eating some usually once a week or so for quite some years. I'm sure that's not the dosage in whatever these supplements are, but... why don't they study effects of natto eating for comparison? Sign me up!
I love natto but these supplements and...
I had ME/CFS originally diagnosed following glandular fever. I can't remember how long I had been ill for but it was over 6 months and less than a year. It seemed to be common knowledge that you can develop ME afterwards. This was like 20 years ago. What has happened?
I also think the severe ME page is a good development but it's just quite hard (imo) to navigate to. Is it just me? Maybe it would be possible for them to give it more prominence and make it more obvious it's there?
People benefiting from "pulmonary rehabilitation" after covid must have had very different chest problems than I did. The phrase makes me shudder. This would have made me so much worse and I had to stop seeing the specialist, who kept pushing forms of exercise despite that. I realized that...
Sorry to hear you have not been well after covid. I hope you are improving and that it's not too bad. Love
This event looks really interesting; I look forward to any uploaded videos. Thanks to all who organized it and took part.

I was in the middle of worrying I hadn't described my case accurately enough. So I wanted to write about that.
I found it harder to do the questionnaire than I thought as I really had to...
I wish instead of stuff like this we had articles about e.g. trying to understand the mechanisms behind post-exertional malaise, which is actually what is needed.
This just seems wishywashy and contributes to a "medical mystery" narrative of ME/CFS as a cluster of non-specific symptoms and...
So, is it not the case that there's a chance these intranasal vaccines will be more effective in preventing infection? (For some other reason?) I thought I saw a claim that there was some demonstrated superiority (needing more evidence)?
