Metabolism reprogrammed by the nitric oxide signalling molecule

That's indeed very interesting. Thank you @Andy for sharing.

My e-book “Tracing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to mtDNA” will be free Wednesday and Thursday on Amazon

I wrote to them and filled everything in etc. etc. But my DNA data file is too big for .csv, .txt., xlsx or .zip and they only accept 23andme and ancestry. They didn't reply when I asked about WGS data (which will be by other providers or geneticists).

NZ - Complex Chronic Illness Support - Towards Wellness course

I always wonder about the degree of ignorance and lack of wisdom in those people that must be present. They seem to live in their small bubble, simply not seeing all the suffering around the world. Objectively, a person that can feel must get sad, maybe even angry and desperate, if he/she looks...

    the devil we know DuPont/Teflon

That is what I am wondering. I'm not a Teflon fan, but what I like even less is using tons of oil and then everything still gets stuck on the pan - it tastes bad, it looks bad, and you'll have lots of fun cleaning the pan, where all the yummy baked food parts really are. So are there real...

30th Nov: Cochrane 'have not approved publication of the [Larun] re‐submission' - but old version not withdrawn either.

I don't understand why it took so long to have Bob's complaint processed - is that normal? Or what happened that they took that complaint seriously? Did they take it seriously?

Hand grip strength as a clinical biomarker for ME/CFS, 2018, Nacul et al

I don't think so. That's what I meant above that, maybe, the repetitions aren't enough. But I bet @Trish that you'll make an interesting observation :) just do it, and if you're willing to share - at least I'm already curious.

    Video Recorded PIP Assessments...

The degree of "talk" and data sharing between state institutions is crazy - it sometimes reminds me of Stasi. For the Jobcenter, for instance, you must reveal nearly anything. A woman was asked about her sexlife in order to find out who was the father of her child (to put him on alimony). A...

Hand grip strength as a clinical biomarker for ME/CFS, 2018, Nacul et al

    I didn't mean PEM, I meant weakness/fast fatiguing.

    Video Recorded PIP Assessments...

I really think this is a scandal, absolutely terrible. Human rights - goodbye! Edit: Isn't there something like a constitutional court in UK? Or what about the EU court? (Well...Brexit...)

Hand grip strength as a clinical biomarker for ME/CFS, 2018, Nacul et al

I think this is important. I probably would pass the 3-times-test - as others maybe too - but 10-times would be clear. Also, there are supposed to be aerobic metabolism issues - you won't see that with 3 repetitions. My strength seems good, but I simply can't repeat a movement for a longer time...

Thanks for letting us know, @BeautifulDay! I hope I will be able to read it - I'm interested. Oh, I see it's only for UK? :( Edit: In my case, it seems the stuff doesn't come from the mother side, not for generations.

CFS/ME International Conference 2018 in Australia

What I find interesting: Both German speakers (edit: and othets) spoke about calcium signaling - did they publish with the Australian group that said they found issues in calcium signaling in NK cells (Griffith? I forgot it...)?

    Golden hour (/month)

@JaimeS, you mentioned several studies show Lactoferrin is helpful. Is there a thread about that, or can you give some links? I would like to learn about it.
