    I was concerned that they said that the fatigue required 'complete bedrest' to recover. This isn't always the case, and anyway, it's hard for someone with ME to get complete rest, even in bed.

    I alternate over-the-counter drugs, i.e. paracetamol-and-codeine, antihistamines and promethazine.     My first thought re bone pain is hypoglycaemia, having had it severely myself. Do you have enough salt/sodium, and do you take ACE inhibitors for high blood pressure?
