    Very sore and swollen ankle?

@erin, have you taken a fluoroquinolone antibiotic in the last few months? They can cause immediate or delayed pain and tears to tendons, muscles, cartilage etc, especially if an area was already injured or weakened.

    B12/Folic Acid and D3/K2 Supplementation

In case this is helpful for anyone, I cannot tolerate Methyl B-12 or M-Folate in any dose (and my B-12 was super low on blood tests plus I was anemic). I finally found a sublingual/lozenge form of Hydroxo B-12/ Folinic Acid (by "Seeking Health") and it works great. I tolerate it with no side...

IgG - what is it good for?

@Jonathan Edwards Could total IgM be raised in other autoimmune conditions besides RA and lupus? Also, is electrophoresis a blood test or some other kind of test? Is it a marker of potential lymphoma or other illnesses, too? I have had elevated total IgM for a few years (even before I...

    .Norway study of Rituximab

@Sue Klaus 1) My understanding (which could be totally wrong!) is that it is not proliferative B cells, or an abnormal number of B cells, vs. B cells creating pathogenic auto-antibodies and Ritux stops the auto-abs at production level. 2) I don't think dialysis would be diagnostically helpful...

IgG - what is it good for?

@Lidia, Are you asking what the IgG blood tests can measure or what IVIG can be used to treat? Also you mentioned allergy and my doctor measures that with IgE (separate from MCAS testing).

Pharma industry newsletter on ME/CFS drugs ('Pink Sheet') - Ampligen, Rituxan and KPAX-002

Oh, I'm sorry and must not have read the thread carefully enough and thought you were referring to that K-PAX trial. Yes, I was going to try Northera (Droxidopa) but never did b/c they wanted to start me on a very rigid schedule, combined with the fact that the medication had four food dyes...
