Someone please correct me if wrong, but from what I've seen, what she's claiming was an email to herself was actually a mock-up of a phone call to Simon Wessely and was created by an artist at the Sunday Times:
I tried going back to get the exact wording, but her talk seems to have been removed from the video and been replaced by a series of random slides with quotes from various famous people. ???
