    USA - NCHS/CDC Proposal for ICD-10-CM - adding SEID

Thanks but where does Fukuda fit into it? I can cope with IOM criteria but Fukuda is a joke.

Can a blood flow enhancer help our symptoms ?

Not offended @Alvin, just don't agree. While he might be very enthusiastic at times, some patients like myself need that and appreciate it. God knows there's enough of crap going on in the M.E world, it's wearing. So a bit of a lift every now and then goes down well with me... even if slightly...

Can a blood flow enhancer help our symptoms ?

Cort does a lot of good work explaining latest research findings, I look forward to his updates. He provides a great service to our community.. 'Is there anything he won't hawk' seems a bit harsh.

Proud Accessible Activism: The ME Debate Virtual Demonstration

I don't agree, I think most that recover have post viral fatigue. They don't have M.E. as per ICC. Nancy Klimas has said in one of her presentations that once homeostasis is knocked out of kilter in M.E there is no way back. Same for Gulf War Illness. If it was that easy to recover, researchers...

Proud Accessible Activism: The ME Debate Virtual Demonstration

Well maybe if doctors could diagnose M.E, there would be none of these nonsensical LP recoveries. It's not difficult to diagnose if a doctor can understood pem and crashes. But alas, doctors don't know or want to know in some instances? Some think fibromyalgia and M.E are the same thing. Until...

Trial By Error: Some Thoughts About an Upcoming Article

Thank you, that sounds reasonably promising. What brought about Holgate's change of heart? He treated Dr Geraghty terribly from what I just read. Last question..

Trial By Error: Some Thoughts About an Upcoming Article

Sorry I am so clueless as I don't reside in U. K. What is Holgate's roll now and who is the present chair of the MRC... I gather the current chair is focused on biomedical research.. Is that correct?

Changes in the transcriptome of circulating immune cells of a NZ cohort with ME/CFS (2019) Sweetman et al

My sleep is desperate since ME started, it was hypersomnia initially, now complete insomnia. I've tried so many meds. I need some kind of horse or elephant tranquilizer. The insomnia started early December and I can't get a handle on it. I crave Orange juice when I wake. It's so messed up.
